Short Takes...

Submitting work can be daunting: don’t let it be. See it as part of your writing practice. By perusing the many journals and websites that offer a platform for your work you will have the pleasure of being exposed to dozens of writers, many, many pieces of work you might not have encountered otherwise. I find that this enriches my own writing. Exposure to others is critical to your own writing. Don't miss the enrichment that looking for a place for your writing brings.
